Airlink Holidays Ltd. Terms & Conditions

As a member of the Travel Trust Association (U6038), we try to ensure all the information contained on this website is reasonably accurate and up to date. However you can always verify the information by calling our office during office hours. The products and services you book through Airlink Holidays Ltd are not supplied by us and therefore your contract for the booking will be with the named third party supplier and Airlink Holidays Ltd will be acting as agents only in all instances.

Airlink Holidays Ltd acts as a disclosed agent for third party suppliers, such as a tour operator, airline or accommodation provider. This means that the contract for the product and service is between you and the supplier. As we act as agents only we have no contractual liability to you of the products and services booked on your behalf. Your contract with the supplier will begin when we confirm the booking has been accepted by the chosen supplier. All bookings made are subject to availability and until we confirm in writing of the confirmation neither we nor the supplier will have any liability towards you regarding the booking. As the contract is between you and the supplier any queries or concerns should be addressed to them and we will of course assist you with any enquiries whenever we are able to do so.

It is important when making a booking the details you provide are accurate and the credit or debit card you are using is your own and there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of the product and service purchased.

When you purchase a flight from Airlink Holidays Ltd we act as agents for and behalf of the ticket suppliers. Your contract will be with the ticket provider. Flights booked through Airlink Holidays Ltd are bonded by the relevant supplier under the suppliers own Air Travel Organisers Licence (ATOL). We will advise you who the supplier is at the time of booking.

Any bookings made or orders placed by you whether through the website or by telephone or otherwise, shall be deemed an offer by you to purchase the relevant items subject to the booking conditions. All airlines have their own terms and conditions and the fare you pay may be non-cancellable and non-refundable. It is essential that you check the airline’s terms and conditions and comply with the requirements regarding check-in times, reconfirmation of flights and any other matters.

If you need to change or cancel your booking, you must notify Airlink Holidays Ltd in writing of any such request. Deposits will always be non-refundable, and many tickets are wholly non-refundable. Changes are not permitted to some tickets and Airlink Holidays Ltd applies administration fees for any changes or cancellations and this will be in addition to any fees imposed by the flight tickets supplier.

When you purchase a package holiday your contract will be with the package holiday supplier and you will be subject to their terms and conditions as well as those of Airlink Holidays Ltd. Any changes or cancellations should be requested in writing and we will check with the supplier if it is possible. Charges will apply and in addition to the supplier charges our administration fees will apply. Deposits will always be non-refundable.

When you purchase hotel accommodation your contract will be with the hotel provider and their terms and conditions will apply in addition to those of Airlink Holidays Ltd. Any changes or cancellations should be requested in writing and we will check with the supplier if it is possible. Charges will apply and in addition to the supplier charges our administration fees will apply. Deposits will always be non-refundable

Whilst accommodation suppliers always endeavour to ensure that hotels will not be changed, sometimes hoteliers are unable to honour bookings and under those circumstances the accommodation supplier will offer alternative accommodation of similar standard. If the hotel is of the same rating and in the same resort as originally booked it will not be considered to be a significant change and it will not therefore be possible to cancel the reservation without a penalty. Also to bear in mind if you cancel your accommodation and obtain a partial or whole refund you may not be able to cancel flights that may have been booked separately on a non-refundable basis.

When you make a booking with Airlink Holidays Ltd you must be over 18 years old and must accept the financial responsibility on behalf of the party members for transactions made under your name or account. Please ensure the details you give us match those on your credit card billing statement. Credit card information must only be given to us either over the telephone or in person at our office with a signed authority to debit your card for the reservation. Credit card charges will apply on all bookings. Full payments must reach us 12 weeks prior to departure. For balance payments not paid on time we reserve the right to cancel the booking and the relevant cancellation charges will apply.
